Welcome to Lotus Parenting!

I started Lotus Parenting to share what I have learned through teaching and parenting with others. I have seen over and over again that when children are treated with respect and understanding, their behavior improves dramatically. I am here to help parents develop long lasting, positive relationships with their children. Using Positive Discipline techniques parents can learn to be kind and firm, helping children of all ages develop the skills they need to be happy, confident, and capable.

About Eileen

My name is Eileen Fell and I am a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator as well as a certified Montessori teacher (ages 3-6). With over 9 years of classroom experience using Positive Discipline techniques, I have helped a wide range of children and families build sustainable, loving, and respectful relationships. I am also the parent of a wonderful, independent, and confident seven year old. Positive Discipline has provided a fantastic framework for me as a parent and I return to it over and over again for advice when I see our relationship start to falter.

Services

Lotus Parenting offers Positive Discipline Parenting Courses as well as private consulting for children of all ages. We are also here to offer advice about incorporating Montessori principles into your home life.
